How does it work? The homes seem to be on small lots, but the ads show a nice horse setup.
I am confused. Is the horse board included with the home or do people have to pay rent to board horses at the horse stable?
It looks like a nice area, but might be cheaper to buy one of the places that are on a large acre + lot and keep them on the property.

Looking at this,

willrogerseqranch.com

I would assume that board is not included in the price of the house. It makes it sound like they have large lots, but other sites show homes that clearly aren't on large lots. I've never seen the development, so I wouldn't know. With an acre, you could keep the horses on your lot, but you might be able to board them at the center while on vacation. A lot of people want the convenience of having the benefits of "horse property" without the work involved in maintaining it. I think that's the population they were aiming at.

There's other google hits, they are all real estate oriented.
