When I went to the website you linked I was unable to find the criteria for their list. Admittedly I didn't waste much time looking.
I live in Phoenix because it's where my job is. I like Phoenix because I live here.There's more to Phoenix than that but it is sufficient.
What irked me about your post is you just dropped it in without any explanation. It doesn't bother me one way or the other that we are on somebody's list. Phoenix is on many lists good and bad. An explanation up front would have been better.
