Go Colts for the repeat. The stadium location is not very good. One way in and one way out. It makes fo quit a traffic jam.

Is this stadium air conditioned with a retractable dome? I looked at the photos of it but can not tell if the top closes.

Yes, the top closes. Also, the playing field rolls in from the outside. Very comfortable and is the best stadium currently in the NFL (Until the New Texas Stadium opens in Dallas)

Except that it's in BFE. Horrible place to put a stadium with no public transportation. That's going to be real fun for all the fans tailgating and drinking during the game.

haha, cardinals in the super bowel...i dont think that will be a problem

way too much planning and security goes into the the super bowel to change the venue with just a few weeks notice....it would be like changing the venue for the olympics just months before it began...well on a much smaller scale i guess

My husband and I already have our tickets paid for and we plan on watching our hometown new england patriots go once again.....i'll die if the one super bowel we have tickets to ends up having the colts play in it!!!

One thing I wondered about is.. what if the Cardinals end up in the 2008 Super Bowl?

I wouldn't hold my breath.

will also pump a lot of $$$$ into the area.
Well it has come and gone. Patriots v Giants and the Giants won - whatever (not a big fan of either team).

RE $$$ not as much as one might think. There are venders who have lucrative contracts with the NFL that follow them - taking business away from locals (this was much worse back in the 90s when the Super Bowl was played in Tempe).

Also factor in tax payer funded "incentives" to get the Super Bowl" to come to town.
