I am so tired of it. Had to put the AC back on today cause I couldn't take it. For Pete's Sakes, its almost Halloween. This is ridiculous. What if its still in the 90s on Thanksgiving, and Christmas? Is anyone else tired of the AZ heat like I am? WAA WAA ... I wanna sell my house.

HA! Thats what they allllllll say at first. Even my die-hard heat-lovin cousin from SoCal had to leave AZ after 3 years because even he couldnt take it (transfered back to Camp Pendleton in SoCal after being in Yuma). Just be careful what you wish for!

We would rather be a little too warm than too cold. I understand it is unusually warm this year, even for an AZ Oct. I love it!!!!

LOL - well - I survived three weeks in AZ in July and I have spent the last three Christmases in AZ. I think I will survive.

What amazes a lot of people is that where I live it is not unusual to get 100F temps in the summer and for the most part we do that without air conditioning. Sometimes some people have preconceived notions about Canadian summers and winters. In all actuality, we have great summers here averaging (for about three or four months) 80 - 90F temps with only mild rain.

Our spring and fall is absolutely gorgeous and extremely temperate. It's the dang 4 months or so of winter which wear you down - especially in the mountains where you don't see a lot of sunlight.

OK: I will admit that the heat was getting on my nerves till I spoke to a friend of mine outside of Wash DC earlier today--------she is freezing her buns off.

Maybe the heat here in late October ain't that bad after all
