I know this is a long shot, but what the heck...I need a guest speaker for December 5th !! This has to be someone who has either worked for CPS, or maybe a cop or retired cop who has dealt with CPS, or maybe even a lawyer who has had CPS cases...
This is just for a college class of only around 30 people and I only need a speaker to talk for a minimum of 15 minutes...
This is in the East Valley..

Default CPS Info

You can contact SMeissner@azdes.gov and ask for a speaker. He is the director of the Office of Communications for DES in AZ. You probably will have more luck getting someone to do your talk that way, since he can authorize all public communications for DES. His name is Steve Meissner. Hope it helps.
