I've seen some types of covering for apples at Sprout's--not sure if it's chocolate or candied, just walk by it, but it's a mix of some sort that you dunk the apples in.

Cosco has the food shows now and then and Rocky Mt Chocolate Factory was there and I loved them.

I will try the Factory, just FYI, I bought Hersheys chocolat(+caramel) dip and made it at home, it wasn't too bad, actually it was quite good.
