Agreed! I don't want to look garage heavy. I am hoping that since the 4th bay sets back from the other 3 it will give it a decent offset and definition across the face of the house.

Our garages were side load due to the CC&R's requiring that no garage door may face the street.

I like the side load garages as well but have found that putting a Dodge Ram quad cab in them is very tight and takes some extra time. Thus the wife don't like a side load and pulling the truck in.

Don't forget to install some sort of air conditioning unit to your woodshop... that just might help with the value more so than saying you have a fourth garage.
