Another piece of Michigan is coming to the Valley. Jet's Pizza is opening two locations: Chandler & Tempe. Tempe location is not currently posted but the Chandler location is listed at 4245 S Arizona Ave (south of Ocotillo near Home Depot). No open date is listed but I'm hoping someone might be familiar with the area and know an update. Looking forward to eating Jet's again.

Well that is a little strip of business fronts that have been there for a while so it wouldn't be difficult to set it up. Good location for it since Fulton just built a ton of "executive homes" just south of there, i.e. Snowbird Second Homes

Jet's Pizza is great. I've been looking forward to it, however with today's construction timelines, why in the world is it taking so long??

In the new "Executive Home" section (The Reserve) or Fulton Ranch proper? Pretty sure they were targeting winter visitors with the "low maintenance yard/lifestyle" in the section just south of Home Depot. Those yards are ridiculously small.

Executive Homes would be the larger homes with luxury amenities in the original Fulton Ranch (i.e. built for company executives). I agree those new lots in the reserve are ridiculously small and the small houses are crammed together. it is a lock it and leave it type community for those that travel a lot, but I don't see snowbirds living there. especially considering most homes seem to be 2-story. those houses are selling in the 400's too, after upgrades.

I wonder if the Jets Pizza is going in the old Marcos Pizza location at Fulton Ranch Marketplace? That storefront has been a revolving door of pizza places going out of business, so I assume the landlord charges a too much due to being across from Hamilton High and 3700+ students.

Maybe we can have an all-in-one "pizza/scorpions/hot weather/crazy driver" thread and somehow logically make it all work?

Hell yeah! Growing up in Detroit, I thought all pizza was square until I went away to college.
