Thanks all. I'll do some searching tonight and check back if I have any questions.

#41 a felon bus? I rode it a few times and found it too crowded and noisy. Yeah, it's a rough ride .

85018 is way East of I-17 and is a prime investment area (it's east of the 51, also). Don't mistake medivacs and news choppers for ghetto birds. In two years I've seen one, where I could actually hear the loudspeaker: "You are surrounded, the dog WILL bite you." LOL.

My bad, really. Meant to write 85015 (23 Ave and Ind Sch Rd.)
As far as choppers, yes, I was referring to Phoenix Bird, spotlight and all. Sometimes seems like a Spielberg movie when that spot shines through the front window at 11pm (thems lights are bright! ). In the one time a media chopper was overhead, I could hear it through the walls from outside, turns out FOX10 Skyfox was directly overhead due to some activity at 23 Ave and Thomas (a shooting at an apartment complex).

85018 is fine. My apologies .

85015 is still the Central Corridor, but not by much. Good area to be investing in, but you would have to be extra diligent. The Light Rail bypassed that area and that's really too bad for the area. You go 1 mile North to 23rd Ave. and Camelback and you are 4 blocks from the LR, and also in, perhaps, the best blue collar school district in the State (Alhambra ESD). A Phoenix PD Officer was murdered very close to 19th and IS, but an 8th grader murdered a Gelado Cart vendor in the CB and 23rd area.
