It's because threads like these are bumped to troll and its always one post spammers.

The bad areas of South Phoenix are from 48th St to 19th Ave/Baseline to the river bottom. you can also extend it to Van Buren.
Maryvale around 43rd Ave/McDowell is rock bottom

When I saw this thread I thought of the exact same area, especially around 35th Westward.

Not known to some, but others do know...administration has nothing against a legitimate revived dead thread...people use search engines and will pull them up...they respond not knowing..If a nasty spam post without being innocent...I will leave it, otherwise I will deal with it...old posts unless violating TOS are allowed to be dug up...

As a “new-boy” to the area this thread has provided me with plenty of great information that would have taken me a long time to figure out on my own ,thanks.

Thank you for qualifying that. I just moved here from Detroit and while I haven't seen all the areas listed on this thread yet I have seen a few and none even come close to Detroit.

It's funny because the bad areas here are nice compared to neighborhoods in Detroit, New York, LA and Philadelphia
