One of the murals at Rio Salado. This is under the Central Ave Bridge over the Salt River.

Encanto Park is on the east side of 15th Ave south of Thomas Road. The neighborhoods around it (Encanto-Palmcroft, Encanto Vista and Encanto Manor) are bounded by Thomas, 7th Ave, McDowell Road and 15th Ave.

Great macro shots

How did you get down there? I still don't know where people are allowed to wander and where is off limits.

I parked at the parking lot on Central just north of the Salt River. There are a lot of trails in the area. I just assumed if there wasn't a sign saying "Area Closed" that it wasn't off limits. There were a few signs and I stayed out of those areas.
