I may need to make an urgent move in the next week from southern California to Mesa Arizona. I need to know the info about high school transfer. In arizona the first semester ended early December, here in Cali it won't end to mid February, which is 6 weeks out. Will she get any transfer credits or will the entire semester be lost?

You need to talk to the present school about ways to get credit for the work she's done this semester, and have them talk to the Mesa district people about it. I don't think you will get that answer here. Good luck!

If it's based on the school here and not a law or current state transfer policy the poor baby girl will just be screwed. Thank goodness Arizona will allow summer school makeup! This school district has been nothing but a toxic hell!
