(Didn't realize how bad things are out in Avondale)

Have to feel for those poor paupers involved in Nascar. Despite the largest fan attendance of any 'sport' it still isn't enough to be self sustaining apparently, so they go to Washington to get a fat tax break ... and get it.

A special thank you goes to Jon Kyl. Without his support and willingness to be a hypocrite, those poor drivers and support staff might have to file for food assistance or worse.

So has anyone been to the raceway? Is it in bad shape? Is Jon Kyle's photo seen anywhere?

Yeah, its in rough shape, potholes everywhere, the bleachers were sold for scrap by the various race teams.. you cant blame them, they needed gas money.

Kyl was at the entrance with a tin cup asking for "change"..

After my last visit, i decided if i wanted to see racing action, i'd just find a high vantage point to view the 101. If you throw a mattress or a sofa in the center lanes on a Sunday morning, you can see some pretty cool crashes as well.

There is so much beer and urine soaked into the ground in the RV area that the place is a hazardous waste site.
