Here below are the dog park rules for Sun City West. It shows no weight limits. It probably is the same for Sun City also since I see no other printed info for either of them except as listed below. Check this website for SCWest rules, scroll down the page to dog park rules:

When I look on Real Estate websites it lists an HOA fee but does not include a listing for a separate SCHA fee. Does that come out of the other HOA fee? How much is it? Does it vary by property? (Added later - on some of the ads they occasionally list two and one of the two when there are two seems to always be $20 per month)

SCHOA is optional. $20 a year. I belong. Lots do, but many don't.
