I am trying to estimate my future monthly internet bill, so that I can work on my budget. I am yet to receive my first bill from century link. I will have 12M internet through them and no other service. So if any of you can share this info from your bill I would be thankful. If it matters service will be in N Scottsdale. I asked the customer rep but , he didn't give me any number or percent. He just said," we charge minimal for internet.

Also how is it as compared to Cox? I have preferred cox internet connection as of now.

Thanks.

I wouldn't even deal with them if they cannot properly give you a number before you sign up.

We have Century Link and our internet/phone bill this past month was $32.00 + $8.15 in taxes = $40.15 total

I used to be ... switched to Cox and am much happier (faster speeds, less drops, haven't had to call service yet so I can't compare but Q/CL was horrible) ..... would pay a good sum more $$ for Cox ...... I switched a couple years back however so unfortunately can't help with the billing aspect

Well our experience was the opposite. At our house in Tolleson we had Cox, and slowdowns were very frequent even midday when there were not a lot of users online. Our CenturyLink service here at our house in Gilbert has been almost flawless, and we very rarely (if ever) get any slowdowns.
