Where's the best firework display in the Valley and where is a good place to watch to show without falling out from dehydration? Ideas?

The best in the Valley is at Tempe Town Lake. No matter where you go you have to stay hydrated or you will get dehydrated it has nothing o do where you go.

Thx for the info and RE: Not getting dehydrated, I was thinking if maybe there was a bar or something with a nice mister system and a nice view of the show...still open to more suggestions.
