Weekly/monthly maintenance (landscaping, pool, backyard)

On average, what maintenance for a yard in AZ is typical and how often? (whether you have a stone/dirt area or green lawn). Thanks

I mow my lawn and blow the dust off of my patio, pool deck, sidewalks and driveway weekly. I hire a landscaping crew to come monthly and trim all the bushes and trees and blow out my yard. I did it myself the first year we moved here and stuff grows so quick and for so long throughout the year I wanted someone else to worry about it.

It's a monthly task at the minimum and then it's a lot of work to do it all.

We pay $35 biweekly for desert from and desert/grass backyard and we're on a 10,000 sq ft lot

We've been here 2 months and mowed our lawn twice. Not sure it even needed to be mowed the 2nd time, either.

I walk around pulling weeds once a week but they're small. The patios are perpetually dusty as I mentioned in another thread. Things on your patio will get dirty--I need to get a cover for my grill, for example--that would probably help.

I have some fast-growing trees and those require trimming.

It's 1/1000 what I had to do in the NE where my lawn was massive and needed to be cut at least 1x per wk, etc.
