Hello-My husband and I have children living in Scottsdale and we want to purchase a condo in a nice area down there. Because we are retiring, we would prefer a place that is nice and within 20-30 minutes of Tatum/Lincoln intersection. Our children are new to area so don't know a great deal about neighborhoods. Would it be a possibility to move to a nice condo, under 175-200K that would be suited for seniors? We prefer a complex that does not have alot of amenities as we will only be down from Chicago during winter months so no need to have pool, etc. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, in advance.

I think the best way to find the options in the small condo complex you'd likely be looking for would be to find a realtor to do that for you, focusing in the north Phoenix area to the west of that intersection, the east Phoenix (not Arcadia area proper, but a larger area than that) to the south.
