My husband and I own a condo at [deleted-- consumer complaints not permitted, but you can get advice without disclosing the name of the property], we have been harassed ever since we complained about a man whom wouldn't pick up after his dog, and the fact he was throwing it at people. The manager was nasty and short story short would file a violation from anything on the balcony. I asked her assistant why she is like that, and was told "Well she has pms and doesn't like when people complain and she targets them. This was truly professional. So we moved to Florida and have been here 3 months , our friend just looked inside and out to make sure everything was up to snuff 3 days before the violation was made. The violation is a taped post it on the outer wall. They couldn't find anything so they made it up. We aren't sure where to go from here and are very upset.

yeah, I have no idea what is going on here....does the post-it say something on it?.....or is it a marker for some painting that needs doing like Detroit suggests??.....what does "the balcony" have to do with this??
