Anyone else experiencing poor pool cleaning service by Paddock Pool?

We've used them for 3 years and for the most part its been good....once in awhile they would slip up but were most the time good.

The last month its been bad....very bad....changing the people several times.....this last incident is too much.

2 Weeks ago after last visit the pump would lose its prime.....called the tech and he mentioned it was probably the pump filter top and they would bring out a new one....brought out a new one and left and it was still doing the same thing.

Came out today and cleaned the pool and left with it still not working....since I am still in Illinois I had to trouble shoot it over the phone with the wife......found it was the filter top but only because they didn't put the o-ring back on the top....it was laying on the ground.

I think this is pretty basic to anyone that knows anything about pool pumps.....yet I had to fix it myself after 2 weeks.....and yes I called their office and they couldn't send anyone out to look at it for another week.....so I told them audios.

It's obvious this company is scum. There are so many pool cleaning services in the valley, it can't be that hard to find a good one. If you want a reference, message me and I'll send you the number for the company I use.
