SOONTOBEINSURPRISE. Not sure how the tubes are doing. It is a system that is suposed to help keep termites out of the interior structure. I hope it does the job as I am told that termites are a problem here.

I think the tubes are sprayed with a termite solution and then they go around the house to spray for crickets and spiders. I hope my house is still standing in 20 years. So far, we have not heard any scratching sounds coming from the walls.

We bought a house in Sun City West. We are on the golf course. Why do we need pest control?

We are from Chicago and have never had pest control. What makes it different in AZ, besides the
climate

You don't need it, no bugs in Arizona at all, it's to dry, it's a wonderful place.
