Is there a separate line that tells your Unemployment insurance deductions, or are they included in something else?

Unemployment is a payroll tax paid by employers. You don't pay UI deductions directly. There is no line for UI on a paycheck stub in AZ.

State unemployment insurance (aka SUTA) is a tax paid by employers to the state. There's also a similar tax for fed (FUTA). Although they are calculated based on your wages, employees don't pay them, so you won't see these on your paystubs.

Only three out of 50 states require any contribution from employees, and DOL describes that contribution as "minimal". State Unemployment Insurance Benefits, Employment & Training Administration (ETA) - U.S. Department of Labor So, I doubt that the employer-only contribution plays much of a role in the low benefit amount.
