I'm moving to Glendale very soon and I'm currently having a tune written for me car. I'm trying to find out what are the fuel grades normally found at the pumps? Is premium out there 91 or 93?

Almost every station in Arizona has the following:

87 - Regular
89 - Mid-Grade
91 - Premium

Thank you very much. Looks like 91 it is unless I mix in some 100 to boost it to 93.

Well while searching online I was able to find out about a place called "King Balancing" that supposedly has 100 and 110 octane. If i put in 12 gallons of 91 at the regular pump and 4 gallons of 100 at KB that will give me the 93 octane.

I was actually thinking of having it tuned for E85 but I need 47 lb injectors for it to work. Is E85 easy to get out there, and what are the average prices?

I wish we did have 93 here, but it's nowhere to be found. Another place you can get 100 is at Tom's Thumb in Scottsdale.

if you are going to run 100 in cars, make sure it is not aviation 100 octane, it has lead and will destroy a catalytic convertor.

Small piston powered planes run on 100LL, or 100 Octane, Low Lead, the lead is needed because they need to run at high power settings without detonation.
