Just making sure we're talking about the same thing. Sometimes heaters that sit for a while need the actual gas line bled. There should be a union on your gas line. Open that up and let gas come out for about 3 min. Then on the gas valve there is a little screw (allen wrench) then open that up and let gas come out for about 30 seconds. Did you do that?

That I did not do. If there were air in the gas line would it even fire and run for a minute or so?

Either way, I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

Next step if that doesn't work. I want to get your darn heater going. Get a jumper wire. Pic Below. You need to jump one thing at a time. Jump the pressure switch, the high limits and it could also be your diaphragm in your gas valve. Some people tap on the gas valve to see if that is the problem but it's not recommended. lol I hope you're still alive.

The valve adjustment seems a little off too.

Thank you!! I haven't had a chance to look at it over the past two days. We're still moving stuff in from out old place, and that took precedence today.

I'll try to bleed to gas line, and jump the sensors, hopefully tomorrow. Do you know specifically what leads I need to jump, and on what sensors?

Thanks again for your help. I appreciate your time.

Oh and re: the valves, I have another pool guy coming on Monday to verify everything (second opinion), and to give me a tutorial of what does what with the all of the valves.

I'm not sure what the pipe is on the far right. Cleaner? Waterfall? you have your pool return closeed and the Spa common line open lust a little bit. The pipe on the left is the main jets to your spa. There is a switch on the back of that automatic valve. flip that switch to the other direction so your valve turns to spa mode. Looks like you may have too much pressure because the valves are set incorrectly. Your pool guy will show you. But you need that pool return open.

I'm not home right now, but I think that far right line says "hydro clean" or something similar on it. It's very faded and hard to read, but that's my best guess.
