So I was checking out some houses this weekend and I was surprised to see quail living in such an "urban environmental". The area I was at was 95th Ave and Peoria. Im surprised they survived the expansion of the area. Do you ever see quail in your "urban neighborhood" ?

We have about 30 quail in our yard all the time along with rabbits and a few coyotes. Welcome to the desert.

The coyotes are there because they love your quail and rabbits.

Thought I heard a lovesick nightingale one night... but it was most likely that annoying mockingbird.

We have quails, roadrunner, foxes, coyotes, owls, hawks right in Tempe not in some far flung exurb.
