Napa? Bay Area? Coastal SoCal?
10 miles inland from Socal would probably be the most you will find in the USA. Internationally, Arequipa, Peru (where I worked 16 months is in the 70's during the day and 40-50 at night every day of the year. Where I am now, Marbella, Spain, has incredible weather for almost the entire year.
