How is the job market in the PHX these days? Would somebody who has a bachelors in urban studies be able to easily find a job?

Sorry...had to look up what exactly "Urban Studies" was: Urban studies can be the foundation for employment in urban or regional planning, community development, social welfare, criminal justice, environmental management, or related fields

I am sure there are positions open around the Metro area...it sounds like, from the vague nature of the course of study, it is all going to depend on what kind of experience you have.

While I'm not 100% certain, that sounds like a field in which you'll really have to "work your way up." By that I mean it seems unlikely that you'll land a job in any large city without first starting in smaller towns. It would be helpful if you shared relevant experience.
