Cut the lock, move her stuff respectfully outside and your stuff inside, keep the lease handy. If by chance the cops are called deny the lock cutting, show them the lease and that you've got the keys to which they'll tell her "I'm sorry 'mam, it's a civil matter.

Definitely consider small claims court. I think you may have been scammed, unfortunately.

I would check Parcel Visualization see if she is actually the owner of the property. You need to serve her with small claims lawsuit if she isn't the owner probably a scam. Been a rash of bank owned homes being listed on Craigslist people break into the home and show the home to a renter then take their money and even some people move in live in the home for awhile until usually a real estate agent working for the bank comes to the home finds someone living there kicks them out.

She may have had a place she was moving too fall tough and used this opportunity to back out of the rental. You might want to just try and talk to her in person work out the problem maybe show up at her place wait for her to come outside. I would not come off hot headed with her try to figure out what happened with her moving out. If you can't work it out then go the small claim court route.
