We just moved here and know there's an abundance of local resort and brunch options. Every year, we like to splurge on one nice holiday brunch annually and when we used to live in San Diego, we'd go to the Hotel Del (Coronado) for Easter brunch, which was pricey but IMHO worth it, as it was busy, but wasn't overly crowded and nicely organized.

What are your recommendations for an Easter brunch that would be similar here? (Can you tell my in laws already called us and want to visit then?! LOL) We'd prefer indoor seating, and a traditional menu (with the understanding that the brunch will most likely be buffet). It seems like the resorts in Scottsdale offer an Easter brunch with a ton of kids' activities (i.e. face painting, balloons, petting zoo and the whole nine yards for kiddos). We would prefer an Easter brunch that's a little more low key- just a kids' egg hunt and an appearance by an Easter bunny character would be sufficient enough for us
