For sure A/C is removing moisture from the home, hence the water drain that you can see dripping water while the HVAC is running, somewhere on your stucco exterior wall.

Good discussion. I use lotions, drink lots of water, not much sugar in fact am on a low-carb way of life to keep weight down and never very hungry.

I went to a dermatologist and he recommended higher humidity levels. I now set the 3 humidifiers at 65% which keeps my variously placed gauges at between 45-59% depending on how hot it is with lots of A/C (This is Phoenix going to be 113 next week with less than 10% humidity - sometimes 5% - has been over 100 days last about 4 weeks).

The higher humidity levels seem to have helped a lot vs prior trying to just set at 50% on units (but that is right at the unit it is not as high further away).
