Or if he knew a single damn thing about Phoenix it would've been more interesting perhaps? He could've driven around old town, Tempe, apache trail, Paradise Valley or from downtown went uptown then through the mansions north of camelback east/west of central and even on to sunny slope from there and up to the top of different point of view?

Just seems weak and too much like another clueless visitor that didn't even so much as bother to learn a little bit about Phoenix. Pretty lame.

Why would he do that it's not meant to be a literal tour of the valley. It's suppose to be him driving around bull****ting around. Lighten up no one is talking down about your precious Phoenix.

To make it actually interesting? Driving up central to different point of view isn't a tour of the entire valley, that's just Phoenix.

I don't care if people dig on Phoenix, it has it's negatives like any place, but driving around warehouses in South Phoenix and talking like a fool? WTF is the point? It's a lot of effort with a pretty stupid outcome. Even he runs out of things to say since he's in such a lame area and obviously knows nothing about the town, including which way to turn off Jefferson to make a video someone might actually want to watch.

I thought someone said this guy was a comedian. Still waiting for him to say something funny.

*sigh* The comments in here are so stupid...

If you want an actual video of someone touring Phoenix THIS VIDEO IS NOT FOR YOU. This video is not intending to be a literal 'Tour of Phoenix' video. It's tongue-in-cheek.

If you are a fan of Bill Burr and his style of comedy then you should enjoy this video. If you 'don't get it' or are 'waiting for him to say something funny' then his style of comedy is not intended for you. Move on to something else.

I wonder if the Bill Burr fans realize they're taking the criticism of him just as personally as the Phoenicians are taking the criticism of their city. I'm surprised people are so invested in a random dude.

But, to be fair, you have to figure given what a comedian is and what they do...any comedian giving a city tour is bound to find things to criticize/slam/put down. It's really hard to find ways to be funny and complimentary at the same time; it's a much lower degree of difficulty to just go around making fun of things and being sarcastic. That's like 90% of all stand-up comedy, making fun of things or complaining about things. Maybe more.

On point! Yeah, it's super simple to drive around and bash something you know nothing about. It's just been done so many times in Phoenix that it's pretty old and tired. No idea why someone posted it here but I chimed in because it could've been a lot more interesting with about 5 minutes of searching online before heading out.

Exactly, and as Burr would say there are a bunch of insufferable ****s in this thread lol. He did his job just right and rustled the Jimmies of the Phoenix cheerleader brigade.
