We are considering a move to Surprise from Utah. Currently we are Proctor parents and I would like to continue that in Arizona. Can anyone tell me more about the private agencies in that area? Also, can anyone give me an aproximate commute time from the Surprise area to the Walmart Distribution center in Buckeye? Thanks for your help.

Do you mean FOSTER parenting? I don't think there are any private agencies for that, but this area is very much in need of foster parents, who are licensed through the Arizona Department of Economic Security.

Here in Utah, we are doing Proctor care which is just a level up from Foster care. It usually goes through private agencies and just means that we provide a higher level of care. It is usually for troubled teens.
