Well technically there are more of us. So yes there will be more posters. The lack of logic from understanding land overlays is bizarre to me. Maybe it reflects the Phoenix MSA education/income ?

If we overlay the same land area of Southeast Pennsylvania/Philadelphia to Phoenix. The city of Philadelphia would be about 2.6 million people.

Phoenix is still a B class city. And has not made world status despite its '5th largest' size.

the number of people in Philadelphia in 2019 is 1.56968 Million

Phoenix, Population 2019 1,660,272

looks like 100k more in Arizona; and being that Maricopa county is the fastest growing county is the USA again, the difference will only get larger going forward...

Whats a "B" class city. as defined by Webster, not by a random internet hater?

Is that Rittenhouse Square ?

I'll be retiring to Philadelphia sometime in the next 4 years.

Philly is 24% more expensive while incomes in both cities are about the same....local purchasing power in Phoenix is much much higher than Philly so not sure about what the Philly people are so high and mighty about....Philly also has much worse crime statistics (Philly had 352 murders and Phoenix 132 in 2018 for example)

Many people move to the Phoenix area for new homes. The price is so much cheaper than where I live in California. Most of my family is in the area. One brother in Phoenix, two sisters in Surprise, one sister in Waddell, and my parents are in Surprise. I found these examples of new homes in both Philadelphia and Phoenix. I have to tell you that the City of Brotherly Love is not doing it for me. I would move to Phoenix is I had a choice of the homes in each city.
