Looking for experienced comments from residents living in either of the above developments on specific pros & cons of living in these 2 Robson developments. I visited Robson Quail Creek a few years ago and found the Robson community very good quality, good selections of amenities and decent costs in comparison to other communities. More interested in the Phoenix area though. Also if anyone has comments on other developments in comparison to the Robson communities, your comments are also welcome.

As far as the HOA fees - I
think that the SFR homes in Robson do not include exterior maitenance. The HOA fees in most other 55+ communities do include exterior maitenance. That's a big difference.
