I was wondering, is anyone here in the Phoenix area still getting OnTrac deliveries from Amazon? The last time I got a package from them I think was in the summer of 2016. Now it seems my Amazon Prime packages are 70% Amazon Logistics, 25% US Postal Service, and 5% UPS.

I did receive an actual Amazon delivery from OnTrac. I wasn't too happy with the delivery. Was supposed to be delivered on a Friday and didn't receive until Monday. This was the first time I haven't received an Amazon delivery on time, and the first delivery using OnTrac.

There are two types of Amazon Logistics delivery drivers - the regular Logistics drivers using the white vans with the Amazon logo, and the Flex drivers with the unmarked cars.
I'm not sure why Amazon isn't using them for our orders anymore, considering they don't charge a rural delivery surcharge unlike UPS and FedEx. Before Amazon Logistics started serving our area in May, we got the majority of our Amazon orders via USPS, which now makes up about 25% of our Amazon orders (Amazon Logistics being about 70% and UPS being about 5%).

I've never seen a van with Amazon markings. Most of my stuff comes USPS, some UPS and rarely FedEx or OnTrac. OnTrac used to be more. I never liked it because they don't deliver till around 8 pm usually. USPS is far and away the best IMO.

For 2 day shipping prime I see OnTrac, UPS or regular personal car usually a Honda civic when I order same day.
