Theoretically that might be true, but I have quite a few personal connections in the Valley already, plus I think I'd like it better. Plus it's way cheaper and I could easily afford a house if I so choose. Of course, if I"m totally uncomfortable, I'll have to rethink it. Thanks for your thoughts.

Or more like San Antonio. Really, anyone who has medical issues with dry air couldn't pick a worse city to live in (maybe Vegas). Stop rationalizing that the sun or low housing costs is going to make it better. The fact is that the sun is so brutal here that one is uncomfortable, gets burned etc even in the dead of winter. Texas has plenty of places with warm humid climate and low cost of living.

Most places in Texas are listed as bad places to live if you have dry eyes and I'd rather suffer than live in San Antonio, but thanks for trying to help. LOL. And there are other lifestyle factors to consider other than strictly picking a place that you might hate that make your dryness more tolerable. And I don't consider that "rationalization." I consider it a FACT.
