From weather.gov:

An upper level ridge will build over the southwest United States through the weekend. With a very dry airmass in place, and ample sunshine, temperatures will climb well above normal. This may bring the first 90° F day to Phoenix. (Note: Yuma already breached 90° F on the March 11th.)

This is pretty typical spring weather, up and down until the heat locks in sometime in May.

Where are you that you are freezin?

Today in Phoenix it looks to be about 83 F for a high....
