We really love Anthem but are concerned about the water bill. I have searched this forum but not finding any recent information. We know the prices vary from the east/west side. What has been your recent water bill? Do you have any special circumstances ( pool, large green space). Just curious what we may getting ourselves into with a move there.

Pool. Grass in yard. 5 people in household. East side. Bills run between about $125 in the winter to $250 or higher in the summer.
And Epcor wants a rate hike.

East side of I17 is Epcor Water. West side is Phoenix. Epcor is much higher.

Epcor wants to cut prices in Anthem and raise them in Sun City and Sun City west. They want everyone to pay the same.
