Are you north or south of US 60 (Superstition Freeway) ?

I'm just south of the 60. How about you? Based off of my experience on where I traveled to, Tempe and Scottsdale seemed to be the coolest cities in the valley in my opinion. I feel like with time I'll be able to gather more of an opinion but one thing I like about Tempe is that it has concert venues that hosts the type of music I like while I have not seen Scottsdale having anything like that.

Haha bring em on. I used to have a pet scorpion lol. If I even come across them whatever as long as I don't have a massive infestation which I could just get rid of with an exterminator I'm not too concerned.

I’m not too far from you and have spent 16 years in the valley, you’ll see them once in a while unless you have a major infestation the. You simply work with a pest control company to eliminate their habitat, and they move on. I can count the number of scorpions I’ve seen on one hand, I wouldn’t sweat it too much.

South of you a few miles, only about a mile from Chandler. Best of both worlds. Welcome!

Nice. I'm a big fan of Tempe, at least the non-studenty areas for the most part. Lot's of nice areas south of the 60. I like that they redid that whole area where they put in the Alamo Drafthouse cinema. Supposed to be more going in there soon, too. Should be a boon for that whole area.

Now.......a little tip. Do NOT fall for borrowing against the principal on your place.....EVER.

People fall for it all the time thinking they are smarter than bankers, loan institutions and private lenders.

If you don't plan on moving for a long time, try and pay it off a.s.a.p

Owe no man. Owing money is a suckers game.

Now excuse me, I need to go make my truck payment.
