Congrats! Love Tempe - I can't believe all the development there - was at a meeting at Rio Salado Pkwy the other day inside the bldg and I was like - this is AZ??? felt like I was in NYC again! much cleaner and much more beautiful!!

Congrats on the house! I think Tempe will be a good choice for you, certainly over the other two. It's landlocked, and strengthened by ASU, so property values should be more solid than in other more outlying areas.
