Any reviews of Cotton Center Townhouses? (Phoenix, Tempe: insurance, neighborhood, safe)

It is still early in the moving game for me, but I hope to have everything

finalized by fall to move from Cleveland to Phoenix. I work for Progressive

Insurance which is at 4425 E Cotton Center Blvd. Zip 85040.

I saw ads on Rent.com for the Cotton Center Townhouses at 4455

E Pueblo Ave.

Any reviews, suggestions or advice on those, the surrounding neighborhood,

or other area complexes would be appreciated.

Of course looking to not drive very far to work, but not get mugged! THANKS!

My office is near these townhouses. I see them everyday, and they wouldn't be a place I'd choose. I can't say that I've seen shootings and stabbings going on, but they look somewhat plain and the area has a rough reputation. I'd go south toward Ahwatukee, east toward Tempe, or north toward Arcadia if possible.

Judging only by the address and not by experience, that is a less safe part of town.
