I live on the 3rd floor and it can get pretty chilly on the coldest mornings but that’s the only time I use heat

An all tile house is like a cave this time of year, it can even feel chilly if the inside temp is 70 and it's sunny and warm outside.

Anyway, if I am cold, I turn on the heat. If I am hot I turn on the AC. That is what they are for.

Amen to that sister child I don't get the "I never turn my heat on" either. If I never turned the heat on in my house it would get down in the 50's Yes I have bad windows and will get them replaced at some point.

If you can live in a house with temps in the 40's and 50's you're a special kinda crazy.
