For good takeout I always went to The Wok Express at Tatum and Greenway. It's not a fancy restaurant though. I don't know how it is now, but for 6 yrs I went there frequently and for a reason - it was consistently good. Big takeout place esp. for lunch.

What did you order? I've never had anything there that I didn't like, nor have i encountered any service problems.

Do you mean Thai Lahna? That place has gone out of business.

Well, I know you don't believe in reviews, but 242 people told you that https://www.yelp.com/biz/thai-lahna-phoenix . A 3-star rating on Yelp equals a below-average restaurant.

I'm not clear what point you're making. You've quoted the OP's remarks about Shaanxi, but you've linked to the Yelp page for Thai Lahna.

Another person brought up Thai Lahna, but that restaurant is irrelevant to the thread because 1) It has gone out of business 2) It was a Thai restaurant, not Chinese.

I have spent the last three years eating myself up and down Dobson Rd. There are that many great restaurants in that stretch of Mesa.
