Looking for an apt complex which is of newer/more recent build/construction, hopefully with covered (or garage) parking options. Budget is very secondary to quality and privacy. Want to avoid the problems of the many older complexes. Thanks very much :-)

There are some really nice ones on Thomas and 64th. You want to stay above Thomas and you want to be east of 64th st.

I can think of a couple newer complexes off my head that are on or near McDowell Rd. One is on McDowell east of 64th St. The other is down the road, east of Scottsdale Rd.

Check out SkySong. Just north of McDowell on the east side of Scottsdale road. My niece lives there and it's a very nice, newer complex. Has a parking garage.
