Really? Which condo complexes are you thinking?

Edit: only ones I saw under $200k right on the light rail are Landmark Towers, and they seem to have crazy HOA fees.

Landmark is the main one directly on the light rail, but there are others within walking distance. Check the website below for some examples. Keep in mind that finding anything gratifying for under $2,000 per month has become more difficult. You have to considerably downsize if you want something relatively affordable in a decent area. A buyer's market, it is not.
