Our house, to be specific.

I've lived here for 10 months without seeing a single bobcat. A few days ago I spotted one on our property. It was an adult, which I saw again multiple times, and I thought she had one cub, which turned out to be the case. There may be another cub.

We have had bobcat sightings every day since then. Now we're getting thumping sounds from the roof. My guess is they're climbing a tree to gain access.

We had doves living on our roof and jackrabbits in our orchard. They all seem to have...vanished.

I don't want bobcats. Has anyone had luck having a wildlife removal service come out to trap and relocate them?

In most places the city will come out for a situation like that, especially if it's something like a bobcat, which could endanger children in the neighborhood. Have you called them?

No. Neither the city nor AZ Game and Fish will relocate bobcats. They're considered "urban bobcats." Bobcats generally are not a threat to children but cats, small dogs, birds, jackrabbits, etc. can end up as the chef's special of the day.

Yeah, I saw a coyote a few doors down just the other day. Never had any (yet) on our property (that I know of).

I think you posted in another thread about ESAs? I think the answer lies somewhere in there.

We have bobcats in our neighborhood and ran into a mom and her cubs while out walking my dog. The bobcat wanted nothing to do with us and pretty much ignored me. The only critters around our house they like to pounce on are birds and the occasional cat.
