Red Lobster and fancy seems like a oxymoron.

I laughed when I saw this. If you think Red Lobster is fancy, then you apparently haven't been to some of the seafood restaurants in the Biltmore area or in parts of Scottsdale. Those are the fancy, high priced places. Red Lobster is middle priced for the most part, and lots of "common folk" can be found there dining, drinking at the bar, or doing a carry out.

Chula Seafood is better than Red Lobster, but neither is “fancy.” Food insecurity is real and is no doubt becoming worse under current circumstances, but shaming people for enjoying fresh fish does nothing to help anyone.

A lot local farmers and specialty purveyors are hurting right now because their restaurant orders are way down. Buying from them is a good idea if your personal finances allow it:

Agreed. I started this thread as a way to assist people in finding certain things that are lacking right now. What we don't need are certain posters to come here and criticize others for trying to find healthy cuisine, instead of just fast food or canned meat. Salmon is one of the most healthy foods as a main course due to it having Omega 3 acids & Vitamin B12 which aids in brain function, cognition, and neurological health. I made a habit of having it on our table at least once a week.

Update: I was able to find some baby wipes at Fry's (20th Street & Highland). Usually I buy Wet Ones, but they've been out of stock for nearly a month. Baby wipes can be a pretty good substitute for now, and they're found in the diaper section. Also saw a pretty good supply of plastic cutlery at Fry's, and they're not as restrictive on the number of items you purchase ... whereas Bashas' is very strict due to their limited supply/distribution.

As of today, all salons are now ordered to close ... largely due to public backlash at Ducey for allowing them to stay open. Whether anybody thinks differently, hair salons can be an essential service for certain ones who aren't able to do their own hair because of limitations. Many elderly people rely on hair stylists for their regular shampooing, haircut, and style for HEALTH & CONVENIENCE reasons. Now, many of them are going to be screwed.
