I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food but I have always liked the ribs from a Chinese place. To me, the ribs should be slimy and drenched in sauce and I have only found that at one place...Chop n Wok on Shea and Scottsdale. My girlfriend says the Sweet n Sour Chicken and friend rice and special fried rice are awesome as well....

That's ain't Chinese food. No person in China has ever heard of it. It's as Chinese as Taco Bell is Mexican.

It's "That aint" if you are going to say it wrong don't say it at all. Just kidding.

Hey where is a good dim sum in the central east'ish valley? All these Chinese food places makes me think they catch stray cats and use them for the meat...

I've eaten dog before in China and it was fine. I imagine cat would be too, probably doesn't matter if it's stray or domesticated, as long as it's cooked right and you think you're eating something else.
