Couldn't hack it there either ... or are you now going to claim the whole Albuquerque thing was you playing the part of another person? Who are you, Norma Bates???

You've received advice from different ones regarding all these complaints, but yet, you keep posting the same garbage time after time. As far as I'm concerned, you're a troll and a phony. If you're doing fine, then put an end to this b.s. once & for all and get a life. If you don't like my reply, too bad. Suck it up, buttercup!

Claim? I beg your pardon. It's true. It is about another person.

As for Albuquerque, if you actually visited you would know that the unemployment rate is very high which makes it extremely difficult to find a job. I didn't have the time to wait around. Not only that, but it's freezing in ABQ in the winter as in nobody told me it gets down to 7 degrees in January! Ouch. And the vibe is very Mayberry not a city like Phoenix by any means. So yeah, I guess my desire for something better was just a day's drive away makes me a horrible human. So be it. I couldn't hack it.

Don't worry Buttercup! I'm done with the Wild West! I urge anybody thinking of moving here to think hard and long about it unless you have a WHOLE lot of money to keep up with how expensive Phoenix is becoming.

Have a good day Sunshine!

You must be in the real estate business. Good luck. It appears Covid is here to stay!

That's exactly what I did when I got my CDL and got into trucking

Exactly!

There is nothing wrong with telling people to strive to be the best they can be. Having a menial job, working 60 hours a week, and then coming on here to complain about how he can't afford rent in swanky downtown Phoenix ... what does he want? us to cry and give him money to pay rent?
Bettering yourself does not mean becoming POTUS. I mean the current guy set the bar really low.

Of course you do, since you already own, so it won't negatively affect you at all. You're also the poster who wants the public school system dismantled after all

And I didn't ask for cheap housing, but is it too much to ask that your living standard actually improve when you increase your nominal income 100%?

Trucking isn't a menial job, it requires credentials, training and experience. A menial job would be working in a warehouse or Walmart, which just requires a warm body.

And I didn't say I couldn't afford rent, as I obviously do rent downtown. I just can't afford to buy. Big difference.

I'm done with you, welcome to my ignore list

How much of a down payment do I need for a Fannie Mae loan?

For borrowers looking to buy a single-family home, the maximum LTV ratio for most Fannie Mae loans is now 95%, which means a borrower would need a minimum down payment of 5%.

The key is to get your credit score up. The higher the score the easier it will be to get a loan with a small down payment.

However, the first thing you need to do is... stop whining. There is no need to "explain" your situation. People don't care. AZ landlord/tenant laws aren't going to favor renters or at least not anytime soon.

Now, I'll be 63 this Jan. My eyesight is getting weak and I've already begun to get arthritis in my fingers. I suspect you're half my age or younger. I have property. Money in the bank. You have youth.

I would trade it all to be broke, living in a boarding house... and 27 again.
I agree. No need to explain my situation. Thanks for the valuable information. My credit is not that far off. Close actually. Sorry about your situation. That's hard. You appear to have your life in order so that's a good thing.

I'm 53 so I don't think I can get a house at this point. I feel like the walls are closing in but I will try to keep improving my skills so I can make more. It's an uphill battle for many of us but I will never give up. Thank you.

How cruel of you to view your fellow citizens as REJECTS! That's disgusting. How do you look at yourself in the mirror every morning with that attitude?

God have mercy on your soul. You appear to be high and mighty and never missed a beat in life up until now. I pray you never experience hard times or other limitations because apparently you lack any sort of conscience for those who are less fortunate.

I can't wait to leave Phoenix. Buh bye! Have a nice life!

No, a menial job would be a landlord which just requires a warm body (and a cold heart).

Say what!?!?!?! This is too much. I thought....MAYBE....you were late 20's.

At first I thought you were ridiculous, now I just feel bad for you. I hope you truly can find a place to enjoy your life.
