A new place that has opened on Mill is Detroit Coney Grill. It's named for the distinctive way that hot dogs are served in Detroit, but it has a broader menu with burgers and some bar snacks. The new location on Mill also has a liquor license with Michigan brews like Bell's and Founders on tap.

Not new, but still among my favorites in the area:

House of Tricks

Postino
Phoenicia
Med Fresh Grill
Pedal Haus

Also, there's one new place I've heard good things about but haven't yet had a chance to visit. It's called Alter Ego, and it's located in a new hotel in downtown Tempe.
House of Tricks has such wonderful food and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The website says open until June 2022. Is that incorrect?

Arizona Family Restaurant is in Green Valley, 30 miles south of Tucson. It is completely forgettable.
